Russell Cappello, Owner and president of CAPP Custom Builders, LLC

has been working in the construction industry for over 40 years. 

What started out as a family trade turned into a real livelihood as Mr. Cappello mastered and refined the process of building customized structures for residential and commercial needs. He began his career building speck houses in Nebraska and over the course of the next 25 years dedicated himself to the art of custom home building.

 

He has earned a reputation for quality work that stands the test of time. 

His homes are "built to last" and posses a quality of precision and insight that is sought after. He is a connoisseur of new construction materials and an advocate of new energy efficient technology and innovation. Russ is a 2nd generation Italian, a huge fan of classic rock music. He enjoys giving back to the community, good food, laughter, and building custom dream homes.
